It’s great to be back together and work in groups! Maths is ok!
Last week, on 10/12/2020 – 10/16/2020, our school and the Kindergarten Department took part in a social campaign on the occasion of the International White Cane Day “I DON’T SEE YOU, YOU SEE ME!” 2020, organized by L. Braille’s K-P SOSW No. 1 in Bydgoszcz and the Visus Supremus Association in Bydgoszcz
The purpose of participating in the campaign was, among others:
– shaping social attitudes based on openness, tolerance and empathy towards people with visual impairment,
– increasing the integration of people who cannot see with the social environment and improving their functioning in this world,
– preparing the society to provide appropriate help to visually impaired people, noticing their problems,
– preventing social exclusion of people with visual impairment.
As part of this, students took part in a lesson on the needs and possibilities of people who cannot see and see poorly.
We are happy that we were able to expand our knowledge on this subject!
