Art Contact – a field lesson

The students of Sokrates High School within the Culture Studies education visited the Modern Art Gallery on the Mill Island. The lecture ‘How to receive modern art’ helped to understand some abstract works and as a result, the perception of conterporary art became easier. At the same time we had an opportunity to admire some masterworks of the greatest Polish painters like :Matejko, Malczewski, Wyspiański, Kossak and others displayed on the temporary exhibition called: ‘The Masters’.
